Four young students of a private
business-school want to start a career as consultants. "Grow or Go"
accompanies them on their way through the extremely selective
application process and their first steps as young professionals.
Despite much younger than other graduates these so-called "high
potentials" know a lot about discipline, ambition and the extraordinary
requirements they have to meet. Those who finally get a job at one of
the leading consultant companies, have a lot to gain, such as salaries
of € 60.000, a car, a mobile phone etc.
Thomas and Diana are a couple and they signed their contracts already
before graduating - but at two competing companies. Steffi and
Marc-Phillip must prove not only their professional skills, but also
"personal effectiveness" before.
And there's one thing they all have to learn: "grow or go" is more than
just a slogan, but the only way to survive and succeed. They have to
constantly optimize themselves and their performance, because "the
client is the hero" and in times of globalization growth is more
important, than social responsibility.
