The 'Three Smiths Square' is located in the centre of Helsinki. It is a strange dot on the map, between East and West. It is said that three out of four crimes are commited in this district, but Pekka Uotila can not recall ever to have experienced any fear in this neighbourhood. Quite the opposite: for him it is the centre of the world.
