How can one find a nomad?
He is a Wodaabe and lives in the area between desert and savanna in Niger, West Africa. She lives in Berlin and has studied African Languages and Culture in Nigeria, where they first met. Now, five years later, she returns to search for her friend, Musa Daurido - and takes her camera with her. Speaking their local language, the director succeeds in establishing an intimate relationship with these nomads who are famous for their unique pastoral lifestyle. 
Two journeys: an external and an inner one.
Two worlds: the urban and the nomadic. And last but not least, hopes of reunion.
